I am a highly skilled software architect, with over 20 years' experience in the Retail, Health and Safety, Engineering, and Travel industries, and for the last 15 years, in Healthcare IT.

I create clarity from technical complexity by producing UX microcopy, UI text, online help, and technical documentation that is consistent, concise, and correct.
I am a skilled Technical Author and ISTC member, with over 20 years' Technical Author experience within the Healthcare IT, Travel, and Retail industries.
